For a restful sleep roll onto pressure points at bedtime, you may also like to try special breathing exercises by rolling oil onto your palms & cupping them over your nose. As you inhale through your nose & count to four. Hold your breath for a count of seven. Then exhale through your mouth for a count of eight. Repeat three or four times to prepare you for a deep and relaxing sleep.
