Bring these incredible herbs alive by infusing a heaped teaspoon in a freshly boiled cup (250ml) of water for 3 to 5 minutes.

Ingredients: Indian Assam black tea, organic cinnamon chips, organic ginger chips, organic turmeric root chips, organic cardamom seeds, and organic Australian-shelled hemp seed. organic cardamom pods, organic cracked peppercorns, organic cloves whole, organic star anise and organic nutmeg chips.
