All orders are shipped within 1-2 business days. We use Sendle and Australia Post for our deliveries and deliver Australia wide. 

Generally, orders take 2-8 business days to arrive within metro areas and remote areas may take longer with our standard courier service.

When we ship the order you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You will also receive a follow-up email from Sendle or Australia post that says your delivery from oh-hello! is on its way. Please don't worry if there are no scan events within the first 24 hours - the system can take a day or so to catch up.

If your order does not arrive within 10 business days, please contact us so that we can follow it up.

Please note that once your parcel has been collected; it is up to Sendle or Australia Post to deliver it within the timeframe they have given us. We cannot take any responsibility for delayed packages.
