FAQs FOR OH HELLO GIFT BOXES
Can I select more than one gift?
You can include two to three gifts in an oh-hello! box.
What size is the oh-hello! box?
Each gift box is 8x8x8cm, not too big but not too small!!
Do you handwrite all of your gift notes?
Yes, all messages are handwritten to add a personal touch!
How often do the gift options change?
Our gift selection is constantly changing, adding 1-4 new gifts per month. Do you have any suggestions in particular? Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
What days are you open and what days do you deliver?
We do not operate on weekends or public holidays in New South Wales. If you place an order on a weekend or public holiday, we will send it the next working day.
Can I change or cancel an order?
If you need to change or cancel an order, please email us at email@example.com as soon as possible! If your order has already been packed, it may be too late, but please let us know!
Where do you deliver to?
We ship to Australia with plans to expand this in the future. Stay tuned!
Who delivers the mail?
We use Sendle and Australia Post to deliver our happy mail. Sendle is a registered B Corp (meaning they use the power of business to create a positive impact on the world) and is Australia's first carbon neutral delivery service.
Can I track my order?
Yes! When we ship the order you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You will also receive a follow-up email from Sendle or Australia post that says your delivery from oh-hello! is on its way. Please don't worry if there are no scan events within the first 24 hours - the system can take a day or so to catch up.
When will my order be delivered?
Generally, orders take 2-6 business days to arrive within metro areas and remote areas may take longer with our standard courier service.
Estimate delivery times after your box has left oh-hello! HQ are:
- Sydney: 2-5 business days
- Melbourne: 2-6 business days
- Canberra: 2-6 business days
- Adelaide: 3-7 business days
- Brisbane: 2-6 business days
- Perth: 6-10 business days
- Townsville: 3-8 business days
- Hobart: 4-9 business days
Please note that once your parcel has been collected by Sendle or Australia Post; it is up to them to deliver it within the timeframe they have given us. The above timeframes are estimates only. We cannot take any responsibility for delayed or lost packages.
Can we deliver to PO boxes?
Unfortunately, Sendle do not deliver to PO Boxes or Locked Bag addresses, so we require a physical street address for delivery.
How much will shipping cost?
We charge an $8 flat rate shipping fee for all order.
What’s your return policy?
Unfortunately, we don’t accept any refunds or returns on change of mind purchases. If an item is damaged, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 48 hours of receiving the gift box, please include photos of the damaged goods.
